Zelenskyy: No Peace Talks w/Putin Leading Russia

In a statement on Telegram, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy states that his gov't will not hold peace talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Says that talks may be possible with another Russian leader, or in 'a different configuration'.

  • Zelenskyy: 'Now one person is blocking peace - and this person is in Moscow'.
  • To the G7 Zelenskyy says that the member nations must respond to the Russian bombing of energy infrastructure with a tough price cap on oil and gas exports from Russia.
  • White House confirms G7 meeting began at 0809ET and President Biden finished on the call at 0942ET.
