Could Chinese Equity Worry Be Leading Tsys Higher In Asia Dealing

US TSYS

Still struggling to find much in the way of meaningful explanation for the uptick in U.S. Tsys, with TYM2 last at best levels of the day +0-10+ at 126-11, while cash Tsys run 1.5-2.5bp richer, with the belly leading the bid. There is some focus on the Chinese equity space after Chinese stocks listed in the U.S. took a hit as the SEC identified 5 Chinese firms that were not keeping up with compliance requirements under its Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act, with the firms potentially subject to delisting in the coming years as a result. E-minis also move lower ahead of the Chinese market open.
