  • EGBs are seeing similar downside continuation, with Bund, BTP and OAT all at their respective lows.
  • Next support is seen at 131.40 in Bund.
  • US Treasuries are still holding on and faring better, which is in turn keeping the Tnotes/Bund tighter this morning, albeit by just 0.6bps, and still short of the support seen around 187.19bps, now trading at 191.2bps.
