BUNDS
BUNDS: German fixed income futures continue to hold above settlement levels, in
the wake of Wednesday's FOMC decision, albeit shy of the early Asia-Pac highs.
- Schatz +0.025, Bobls +0.090, Bunds +0.27.
- Wednesday afternoon saw the space draw support from a marginally softer than
expected German inflation print, with an uptick in Brexit uncertainty also
helping a bid to develop.
- The latest round of 10-Year German supply saw the cover ratio ease when
compared to its predecessor.
- Focus today turns to German retail sales & unemployment data in Thursday, as
well as Italian & EZ GDP, French CPI & remarks from ECB's Coeure, Mersch &
Weidmann.
