BOND SUMMARY: Global bonds are trading with a soft tone early Thursday, though
several flashpoints await over the next few hours.
- Slightly better-than-exp. Eurozone Aug flash PMIs helped sustain early
sell-off. Of note, MNI`s Global PMI Surprise Index has reversed higher from an
extreme negative position to a neutral (marginally positive) position.
- Though Eurozone PMI release at 0900BST marked bottom for Bunds/Tsys.
- Lots on agenda. Fed's Jackson Hole symposium begins tonight (schedule released
2000ET); we also await the accounts of the ECB's July meeting (1230BST).
- UK PM Johnson meets French counterpart Macron in Paris (1200BST), coming on
the heels of Wednesday's meet w Germany's Merkel. Latest futures prices: 
* Sep Bund futures (RX) down 24 ticks at 178.44 (L: 178.18 / H: 178.94)
* Sep BTP futures (IK) up 37 ticks at 142.76 (L: 142.3 / H: 143.02)
* Sep OAT futures (OA) down 18 ticks at 170.08 (L: 169.85 / H: 170.49)
* Sep Gilt futures (G) down 18 ticks at 134.48 (L: 134.32 / H: 134.71)
* Sep 10-Yr futures (TY) up 2.5/32 at 130-19.5 (L: 130-13.5 / H: 130-23.5)
* Sep JGB futures (JB) down 3 ticks at 154.95 (L:154.03 / H: 155.02).
