Jens Stoltenberg Speaking Ahead Of NATO Summit

• Stoltenberg: NATO leaders will meet in Brussels tomorrow and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will address the meeting.
• Stoltenberg: 'Putin must allow aid, the safe passage of civilians and engage in diplomacy.'
• Stoltenberg: 'There are now hundreds of thousands of NATO troops on heightened alert and 100,000 US troops in Europe.'
• Stoltenberg says more decisions on force posture will be made at the NATO summit. NATO likely to enhance NATO posture at all levels. 'On air, land and sea.' This is to include enhancing troop presence in all NATO countries on Ukraine's border. ‘From the Baltic to the Black Sea.’
• The role of China will be discussed at the meeting. Stoltenberg says that China has provided Russia with political support during the war. Stoltenberg 'I expect leaders will call on China to refrain from supporting Russia.'
• Stoltenberg also calls on Belarus to 'end its complicity.'
