Moody's Warns Of Election Outcome, S. Africa Sells Linkers

- Moody's warned that South Africa may struggle to make progress on addressing key challenges if a coalition government emerges after this month's elections. These challenges include "stimulating years of sluggish economic growth, curbing chronic power shortages and reducing high unemployment."
