President Duda-No Indication Missile Launched From Russia

In a notable de-escalation of a potentially serious international incident, wires carrying comments from Polish President Andrzej Duda, stating that there is no indication that the missile that struck Polish territory on 15 November, killing two civilians, was launched from Russia.
