Push Higher Extends

US TSYS

A fresh bid comes into Tsys, with TYM2 shunting through its early Asia-Pac peak to print as high as 124-25, last +0-16+ at 124-24, more than unwinding its FOMC-related losses. Cash Tsys run 4-6.5bp richer on the day, bull flattening. Market contacts have flagged “aggressive” buying of the long end of the cash curve out of Taiwan. Once again, headline flow has been light, with no clear trigger for the latest move.
