  • Treasury futures are a touch lower this morning, although trade just above the overnight lows. TU is ( - 00.25) at 101-13.375 vs 101-13.25 lows, while TY is (- 01) at 108-08+ vs 108-06+ lows.
  • Volumes: TU 21k, FV 14.2k & TY 24k
  • Cash treasury curve is slightly flatter today, the 2Y +0.2bps to 4.979%, while the 10Y -0.8bp at 4.542%, the 2y10y was +1.225 at -44.297
  • Later tonight we have another $44b of 7yr supply which may keep a recovery in yields limited for the moment.
