Treasury futures remain weak following Thursday's sell-off as an early recovery waned. Thursday's move lower resulted in the break of a number of key support levels to confirm a resumption of the downleg that started Aug 4. This keeps the outlook negative for now, with downside targets shifting lower to 131-27+ initially ahead of 131-14. Initial firm resistance is at 133-12+, Sep 22 high.
