CHINA PRESS: China's inflation will gain steadily, and the recent concerns of
high inflation weren't necessary, the Economic Daily said Wednesday. 
- China's CPI is still below targeted 3%, and only at 5% is it considered
serious inflation, said the daily; 
- Global protectionism causes uncertainties for inflation condition, but factors
benefitting steady inflation prevail: the newspaper said; 
- Domestic soybean prices have not risen significantly despite the ongoing trade
conflicts and decline of global gasoline price may offset price increases of
steel and coal due to deleveraging, said the daily.
