Mostly Lower Overnight, Familiar Risks Eyed

E-minis softened in overnight trade, given the lack of fiscal progress in the U.S. and continued uncertainty surrounding Brexit, while headwinds re: the level of U.S. access to the Moderna and Pfizer vaccines also grabbed attention, generating worry when coupled with the current COVID trend in the U.S. Still, the S&P 500 contract failed to break through Monday's low.
